Huvver legal
Terms of Service
Effective July 30, 2026
Using Huvver
These terms govern access to Huvver and its applications. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the content you enter or share.
Subscriptions and pilot access
Consumer bundle access is governed by the subscription terms shown at checkout. RoadRoster is independently sold and is not included in that bundle. A RoadRoster pilot request starts a conversation and does not itself create a purchase, subscription, or guaranteed pilot placement.
Your content and collaborators
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You authorize Huvver to process that content as needed to provide the service. Review memberships, audience roles, and share settings before giving others access. Do not enter information you are not authorized to manage or disclose.
Operational decisions
Huvver is a planning and coordination service. It does not book travel, process payments, provide accounting, guarantee route or schedule accuracy, or replace the judgment of authorized operations staff. Confirm time-sensitive details with the relevant carrier, venue, lodging provider, or other responsible party.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe other accounts, scrape protected content, or use Huvver to distribute harmful or unlawful material. Features may change as the products develop. We work to keep Huvver available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Account closure and changes
You may manage or delete your account through available account controls, subject to active subscription requirements and legal retention obligations described in the privacy notice. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
